Domain and yearly subscription terms

These terms apply when you buy a domain through our platform. By accepting them you agree to us registering the domain on your behalf and to the yearly billing described below.

1. Registration through us

We register the domain on your behalf through our accredited registrar partner (GoDaddy). By accepting, you also accept that registrar's domain registration agreements and the rules of the registry for the chosen extension (e.g. RNIDS for .rs).

2. Price and billing

The domain price is shown before purchase, in your selected currency, and includes our margin over the registration cost. We charge the first year immediately to your saved card.

3. Yearly renewal

The domain renews automatically every year, on the registration anniversary, and is charged to your saved card at the price in effect then. We'll notify you of the upcoming charge.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel the renewal at any time. After cancelling, the domain won't be renewed at the end of the current year and may become available to others.

5. Refunds

Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once completed, because the registry cost is incurred immediately.

6. Activation

After purchase the domain is connected to your site automatically. Activation (DNS and the security certificate) usually takes a short while; until then your site stays on the standard address and we notify you when everything is ready.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the domain lawfully and in line with the registry rules. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a domain registration that violates those rules.
