Frequently asked questions
If you cannot find your answer, give us a call during opening hours.
Can I just walk in?
You can, but booked appointments come first. Booking online takes half a minute and you get an instant confirmation.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Through the link in the confirmation you get by SMS or email — no phone call and no account needed.
Can I pick a specific person?
Yes. When booking you either pick a person or leave "anyone available", which gives you the soonest free slot.
How do I pay?
You pay on site, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged online up front.
Do I get a reminder?
Yes. The confirmation arrives right after you book, and a reminder before the appointment itself.
Do you work with children?
It depends on the service — anything we offer for children is listed in the services above.
